Chairman and CEO - Peter Smith 40
Peter has an excellent pedigree and track record in building companies before floating them on a recognised stock market. He qualified as a stockbroker in London in 1986 trading Equities, Options, Warrant, Gilts and bonds before creating an International Finance company in 1993. In 2005 he floated the company for $40m on the American market having built the organisation to $2.2bn under management, 23 offices and 300 staff. As the founder of AA Capital he is driving the business towards its listing in 2009
Director – James Lilley 52
James has been in operational business since 1982 primarily as a Finance Director of a number of medium sized companies. Recruited to AA Capital in 2007 James is part of the team reviewing any business plans that come forward and is to be appointed group CFO later in 2009.
Sales Director– Peter Myers 41
Peter joined the equities market in London in 1988. He went on to work for various investment banks in the City before moving into Hedge Fund management in 1996. Peter has worked closely with the CEO since the launch of AA Capital and is primarily responsible for the successful day to day running of the Investor Relations and Sales departments.
Director - Stuart Mackenzie 55
After graduating from Cardiff University with a BA (Hons) in business studies Stuart embarked on a career in the City of London with SG Warburgs on their settlements and operational division. He was headhunted to create and organise a back office for ABN Amro in 1990 where he stayed in various roles until 2005. He joined AA Capital in 2008 |
